Whispering Petals accepts returns only if the product is damaged, wrongly delivered, or defective. In such cases, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, along with the product invoice.
Additionally, we request that you record a video while opening the box to help us verify if the product was damaged during transit. This video will assist in processing the return or exchange.
Please note that we follow a no-return policy for all products once they have been delivered, except in the cases mentioned above.
